Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in psychology, social work, counseling or a related human services field or 
• High School diploma with four (4) years of related professional mental health experience.
• Behavioral health experience working with severe and persistently mentally ill population preferred. 
• Residential operations and supervisory experience preferred. 

Requirements

• Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points.
• Criminal background check.
• Department of Motor Vehicles check.
• Drug screening.

Description
 

• Implements Agency policies and procedures for screening and intake of clients. Participates in initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of resident progress and activities of daily living performance.
•  Provides Community Reintegration services to residents.Documents provision of services in accordance with Client Record Handbook standards.Provides and documents other unit activities in accordance with activities schedule or supervisory staff.
• Ensures program compliance with applicable licensure requirements.Coordinates annual site visit preparation efforts.Develops and implements corrective action plans as needed.
• Coordinates clinical operations for education, care, and continuity of placement for residents in accordance with established Agency policies and procedures (e.g., Client Record Handbook, clinical practice guidelines, Agency policy, etc.).
