Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have been diagnosed and in recovery from mental illness in the past two (2) years.
- Must be willing to be a role model for adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness who are moving into an independent community living.
- Previous experience preferred.
Requirements
- Criminal background check
- Department of Motor Vehicles check
- Employment references check
- Drug screening
- Current and valid driver’s license with no more than six (6) points
Description
- Carry out support functions and assists in treatment.
- Provides education, support and consultation to families.
- Promotes self determination and decision making by persons served.
