Shift:  Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of clerical or office experience 
• Prior health care experience preferred 
• Computer and data entry experience preferred

Requirements

• Undergo a criminal background check
• Department of Motor Vehicles check
• Employment reference check
• Drug screening
• Provide high school diploma or equivalent

Description

• Responsible for scheduling client appointments. 
• Responsible for insurance verification and pre-certifications.
• Schedule intake appointments.
• Work closely with clinical staff to coordinate service flow and appointments.
• Data entry
• Perform receptionist duties.
