Rate of Pay

$16.00/hr  (Non-Exempt Status)


Shift:     Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college.
  • Two years human resource experience required.
  • Professional HR experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.

  • Undergo a criminal background check
  • Department of Motor Vehicles check
  • Employment reference check
  • Drug screening
  • Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points
  • Produce original sealed transcripts

Description

  •  Completes HR Department payroll processing in CMHC and PowerTime systems to include current employee data, new employee documentation, direct deposit forms, transcripts, employee benefits, etc.  
  •  Manages Position Description (e.g. Development, Information Review and U, Coordination of Distribution and Return, etc.)
  •  Manages Performance Appraisal processes (e.g., Development, Information Review and Updates, Coordination of Distribution and Return, etc.)
  •  Manages online time and attendance program processes for Human Resources.
  •  Coordinates and completes  Unemployment Verifications and Appeals Hearings.
  •  Participates in Center-wide staff meetings and other Agency events/committees as requested by supervisor.
