$26.00-$28.00/hr

Shift:        Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
• Two years of related professional experience.
• Must be licensed by the State of Florida as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist or mental health counselor.

• Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points

Description
 

•  Assesses clients needs in order to provide brief individual therapy in accordance with established and acceptable clinical protocols in accordance to identified service plan needs.
•  Maintains all required and appropriate documentation for clinical records and progress notes for assigned cases in accordance with Client Record Handbook specifications or Agency policies and procedures.
• Develop and provide short-term educational group therapy curriculum in such areas as, but not limited to:  anger management, coping skills, recovery/relapse prevention, substance abuse, family dynamics / support systems.
• Conducts Admission Certification Review with the Care Manager to ensure appropriateness of client for therapy services in the absence of the supervisor.
