Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing. 
• Florida licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• Licensure as Registered Nurse and duly certified by the Florida Board of Nursing as an ARNP.
• Must maintain current CPR and CPI certifications.
• Valid Driver's License with no more than 6 points over 3 years.
• Must have 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.

• Provide original, sealed transcripts
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points

Description

• Completes clinical/medical evaluations, examinations and assessments using Agency medical record forms and protocols for assigned patients in accordance with established clinical protocol or Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Provides and monitors medical/nursing care and treatment. 
• Provides and monitors pharmacological agents.
• Provides patient/family education.
• Participates in treatment team meetings.
• Maintains current clinical protocol with collaborative physician.
• Complies with Apalachee and CDC infection surveillance, control, and prevention policies.
• Consults with collaborative physician appropriately in planning and implementing interventions identified in the assessment.
