Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of full-time clerical experience.
  • Typing score of at least 55 CWPM.

Shift:  Monday - Friday, 12pm-8:30 p.m.

Rate of Pay


$11.25/hr  

Requirements
  • Current and valid driver’s license with no more than six (6) points.

Description
  •  Serves as receptionist, answering, screening, and routing calls for program staff.  Consults with supervisor regarding communications received and relays messages as necessary to assigned staff. Must conduct themselves in a manner which will reflect favorably and professionally upon the Center and employees. When receiving calls, the Staff Assistant will contact the appropriate staff in order to respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner. All customers are to be treated with courtesy, respect and dignity and are served in the most caring, welcoming and professional manner possible.
  •   Schedule client appointments in Avatar. Complete appointment reminders via telephone within 48 hours of scheduled appointments. Responsible to maintain client’s up to date contact information for the team.
  • Maintains active program records based on the center policy and procedures. Responsible for ensuring all client information (i.e. client record) is kept in the filing room/cabinet to secure the confidentiality and integrity of clinical information.  Arrange with CCR to transfer closed records in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). Organize the centralized filing system based on the established guidelines and parameters in SOP. 
  •  Process record requests in accordance with established Center policy and complete the process within required time frame (i.e. 7-10 business day). Assist in obtaining necessary medical records for treatment team and maintain a log of requests and records received.
