Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of full-time clerical experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher

  • Provide high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points

 

Description

  • Shift is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • High level administrative position, responsible for duplicating and distributing assigned reports, correspondence, memoranda, forms, records and other office documents for assigned staff.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.
  • Review documents for typewritten, spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.
  • Completes data input and generates reports for the Operations and PI departments, including data input of Agency Client Satisfaction Survey questionnaire results and report generation; updates to Policies & Procedures, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining Organizational Charts Center wide.
  • Serves as receptionist, answering and screening calls for administrative staff.
  • Provides back-up support for supervisor or other administration staff as needed or assigned, which may include attending meetings, recording minutes, transcription, and distribution of minutes.
  • Notifies supervisor or co-worker of completion of current work order requests to permit coordination of back up support to other staff and any work order back-logs to facilitate prioritizing of requests and /or receipt of back-up support.
