Monday - Friday  8:00 am - 5:00 pm
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education or a related human services field.
   
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a mental health-related field preferred.  Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.

Requirements

• Criminal background check 
• Employment references check 
• Drug screening 
• Department of Motor Vehicle 3 year driving record check with no more than 6 points and a valid drivers license

Description
 

• Coordinates/completes clinical and administrative paperwork related to client movement through the system. 
• Provides case management services including coordinating and linking client to needed community services.
• Provides individual counseling/therapy.
