Shift:    Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but must be able to occasionally provide weekend and on-call coverage


Rate of Pay:

$18.00/hr

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
• Experience working with clients with borderline personality disorders preferred. 
• 1 year of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Previous assertive community treatment experience preferred. 

Requirements

• Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points.
• Criminal background check
• Department of Motor Vehicles check
• Employment reference check
• Drug screening
• Produce original sealed transcripts.

Description
 

• Assesses, plans, develops, coordinates and provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services to persons with severe and persistent mental illness. 
• Functions as a clinical member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provides crisis intervention.
• Serves as client advocate and liaison.
• Prepares and maintains client records.
