Shift:     Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field with three (3) years of full time or equivalent related professional experience one of which was in a supervisory/administrative capacity;

• Or a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field and five (5) years of full time or equivalent related professional experience, one of which was in a supervisory/administrative capacity.

• Medicaid and TCM knowledge preferred.

Requirements

• Undergo a criminal background check
• Department of Motor Vehicles check
• Employment reference check
• Drug screening
• Produce original sealed transcripts
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points

Description

• Ability to work with customers and families, and supervise staff, with a primary orientation towards Recovery philosophy and self-directed care.
• Ability to assess need for, design, and implement individual, family, and group psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Ability to direct and oversee establishment of linkages with community resources, including overall coordination of housing, employment, and leisure time resources.
• Ability to oversee and provide the delivery of treatment services.
