• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in an inpatient setting, preferred.

Description

• Supervises clients while transporting clients from the CRF and constantly ensures safety.
• Ensures a secure hand-off to the receiving facility.
• Completes travel log thoroughly for each trip.
• Keeps vehicle clean and fueled.
• Turns in gas receipts according to procedure.
• Reports any problems with the vehicle to the Maintenance Department immediately.
