Location

FACT Program, 2634 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL


Shift:   Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.


Rate of Pay

$18.00/hr

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Masters Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in psychology, social work, counseling or a related human services field and two (2) years of related professional experience. 
• Experience serving persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Experience providing services in community settings preferred. 

 Requirements

• Undergo a criminal background check
• Department of Motor Vehicles check
• Employment reference check
• Drug screening
• Produce original, sealed transcripts
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points

Description

• Provide direct individual and group therapy
• Provide comprehensive assessments
• Assess, plan, develop, coordinate and provide treatment to clients with dual diagnoses
• Serve as primary resource for treatment team
• Teach coping mechanisms

This position is eligible for medical and dental insurance at 78% paid by Apalachee, group life and long-term disability insurances at 100% paid by Apalachee, and profit sharing plan at 100% paid by Apalachee.  Additional benefits available at employee expense are cancer, accident, and short-term disability insurances.
