Pay Rate

Depends on experience. Less than 3 years of LPN experience is $17.00/hr plus shift differential. Greater than 3 years of LPN experience is $18.00/hr plus shift differential.  
 

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN in accordance with Florida statue 464.
• Previous psychiatric experience preferred

Description

• Delivery of nursing care.
• Applies current nursing principles and techniques in the care and treatment of patients.
• Takes vital signs and administers medication as prescribed.
• Assists physicians in patient management and treatment.
• Provides nursing assessment, monitoring, education, and treatment services and activities.
• Provides crisis intervention.
• Prepares and maintains patient records.
• Completes nursing assessments under the supervision of an RN.
