Shift:    Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 pm - 8:00 am (24 hours per week)


Rate of Pay

Depends on LPN experience. Less than 3 years of experience is $17.00/hr plus shift differential. Greater than 3 years of experience is $18.00/hr plus shift differential. 

Qualifications

•  Licensed as a Practical Nurse in accordance with Florida statue 464.    Previous psychiatric experience preferred.

Description

• Delivery of nursing care.
• Applies current nursing principles and techniques in the care and treatment of patients.
• Takes vital signs and administers medication as prescribed.
• Provides nursing assessment, monitoring, education, and treatment services and activities.
• Provides crisis intervention.
• Completes nursing assessments under the supervision of an RN.
• Prepares and maintains patient records.
