Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology,or other human services field.
Requirements
Department of Motor Vehicles check
Provide the last three years of driving history
Employment reference check
Drug screening
Produce official college transcripts
Current and valid driver's license with no more than six (6) points.
Description
• Participates in or assists with development and update of rehab services component of client service plan (CSP).
• Coordinates and conducts psychosocial rehabilitation services activity groups using Agency approved modules.
• Plans daily/weekly activities schedules in accordance with overall approved plan for activities services.
• Completes documentation of all clinical services activities in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
• Assists in implementing treatment plans.
